What is stored in a lithium record?

A Lithium Record is a permanent verification file for lithium carbonate, lithium hydroxide, spodumene concentrate, or brine-derived product flows. Each record is structured around kgCO₂ per kg LCE, water usage, GPS coordinates, extraction method, processing route, recycled content percentage, verifier signature, and a SHA-256 evidence hash.

Two-sided compliance marketplace

The vault connects lithium producers that need persistent audit URLs with accredited verifiers that can review carbon-footprint and Battery PEFCR evidence. Mines and processors receive a durable record URL; verifiers receive a structured channel for recurring compliance work.

Why generic ESG software fails here

Battery Passport evidence is not a generic sustainability dashboard export. OEM customers need URLs that resolve reliably over long retention periods, preserve record context, and make provenance machine-legible for procurement, audit, and AI citation layers.

Infrastructure lineage

Lithium Record follows the same sovereign vault logic used by embeddedcarbonrecord.com and extends it for the lithium supply chain. The static layer is intentionally fast, crawler-readable, and ready for a later Cloudflare Worker vault layer.
